Our Delivery Process and Charges

Our aim is for you to receive your products as quickly as possible as some of these are immediate consumption goods. 

Orders around Kampala placed before 2hrs to COB are delivered within 1-2 hours. For orders outside Kampala, allow up to 2 business days for delivery. 

Working hours: 

-Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm

-Saturday: 9 am - 1 pm

We use Safeboda and our dedicated delivery boda guy to deliver products within Kampala and courier means for those outside Kampala and upcountry. 

With Safeboda delivery, charges applied are paid upon delivery of the products whereas, with out-of-Kampala delivery, charges applied (according to the distance) are paid before delivery.
